3 Month Count Down

This on-site management package is designed for the creative couple who needs professional event and wedding planning and will design their wedding themselves.

This package includes all services provided in the Wedding Tuneup AND Day of Wedding Management Packages – plus the following additional services:

• Client/designer first meeting to develop working relationship between principals and communicate wedding inspiration to designer. This first meeting usually lasts 2 to 3 hours.
  
  
• Production meeting with client and appropriate vendors at wedding locations.
  
  
• Review Invitation and printing designs to edit and adjust as necessary.
  
  
• Discuss and locate placement for cake table, dance floor, and dinner area. Decide on bride/groom dressing area and arrival plan.
  
  
• Confirm plans with location.
  
  
• Review vendor contracts to insure viability and integrity.
  
  
• Prepare E D Events event day timeline - combining timelines from client, band leader/DJ, photographer and videographer, and other special event companies.
  
  
• Coordinate the wedding gifts to be securely stowed after dinner has begun.
  
  
• Vendor Interface: Contact vendors hired by client and confirm arrival time and event location, provide map/directions for location by fax or email, if needed.
  
  
• Provide contract labor as needed for distribution of décor, private valet for clients, lighting of candles as needed by client. This staff will be billed separately.
